Will I receive a label proof?
Yes, all label orders receive a digital proof for copy review. A printed color proof is available on request — recommended if you are unsure how color will render on your chosen substrate.
What are the maximum sizes and colors you can print?
Largest die-cut label is 12″ × 24″. Flexo handles up to 8 colors; digital labels for short runs. White ink counts as a printing color and is required on clear, metallic, and kraft materials.
Is there a minimum order requirement?
Yes — the minimum for short-run label orders is 100 labels. Smaller runs and blank sheets are available on request.
How will my order be shipped?
Small orders ship UPS or FedEx; multi-box orders are palletized and shipped freight. Tracking is emailed once your labels leave the press.
Will I incur die or plate charges on re-orders?
Re-orders without changes carry no plate or art setup fees. Reorder online from your account or by phone.
How do I get an exact color match?
We use Pantone spot colors for exact matching. Include your PMS color in your artwork or send a physical sample. We are GMI-certified for color consistency across production runs.
